4 oz lemon-ginger brew*
Sprig of Rosemary
For lemon-ginger brew. Pulse ginger in a food processor to a coarse paste. Bring ginger and 6 cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan; reduce heat and simmer until reduced to 3 cups.
Strain into a large jar and mix in lemon juice and agave; add more lemon juice or agave, if desired. let cool; cover and chill.
For Lemonade: Muddle strawberries in a high-ball glass. Add ice and lemon ginger brew. Stir well. Garnish with all or any: lemon slices, sliced strawberries, or rosemary sprig.
