Mango Lassi

Serves 3-4

1 cup whole milk yoghurt(I like greek)

1/2 cup Milk

1 cup ripe mango or frozen mango or mango pulp( I like all three but if you haven’t had mango pulp give it a whirl!).

4 tsps. honey or sugar (some nice honey is the way to go).

A dash of ground cardamom

1/2 cup ice(optional)

Saffron

Mango Lassi

Add your prefered form of mango to the blender along with the milk, yoghurt, cardamom, honey(honey to taste).  Blend with ice if using.  Top with a few strands and Enjoy!
